Krista was extremely knowledgeable of the local market and knew exactly which tools would be most effective in completing the sale. The home listed on a Monday at 4:00 pm, was shown that evening at 6:00 and we received the offer which ultimately was negotiated and accepted the following evening by 4:00 pm. A total of less than 24 hours on the market to achieve the sale. IMO, that speaks for itself relative to Krista's skills in setting pricing and marketing the home.
